Standard statement

The agency shall have a written plan for responding to natural disasters, incidents of terrorism/weapons of mass destruction, violence at educational facilities, civil disturbances and other unusual occurrences in accordance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) / Incident Command System (ICS) for response, command and control of incidents.
