Standard statement

The facility has an automatic fire alarm, heat/smoke detection system, fire suppression equipment approved in writing by state or local fire officials, and a written directive prescribing fire prevention practices and procedures to include:

1. a.a monthly documented visual inspection of fire suppression equipment;
2. b.an annual documented testing of fire suppression equipment; and
3. c.a weekly documented testing of the automatic fire detection devices and alarm systems to include a visual inspection as required by local fire code.
