Chapter 8. Temporary Holding Areas

Standard statement

The Agency requires that agency personnel should visually observe prisoners every 30 minutes as workloads allow but not exceeding one hour. The observation must be documented and can be in person or by a monitored camera system. Documented observations of prisoners who may be considered security risks, suicidal, experiencing unusual behavior, or other causes for concern by agency staff will occur every 30 minutes.

Each bullet must stand alone when establishing compliance, with proofs identified for every lettered requirement.
