Standard statement

If the Agency provides security for a Courthouse/courtroom, at least one means of external communication is available to a member of the court staff for emergency situations.

Each bullet must stand alone when establishing compliance, with proofs identified for every lettered requirement.

  4. d.A written directive establishes procedures for collecting and submitting crime data to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) uniform crime reporting program.

  6. f.Submitting data to the national uniformed crime reporting program enhances good record keeping and assists with the national data base of crime statistics. If the agency reports data to a state system for subsequent inclusion in the national system it will satisfy this standard.
